A Shocking Confession!
Here it is, my shocking confession - I regularly watch and enjoy "Antiques Roadshow". I much prefer the UK version, because the US version has too many guns, civil war items and baseball memorabilia, but I'll watch that one too if I happen to be in front of the television and it comes on. I don't know why I like the show as much as I do - it's not because I collect antiques, or even appreciate them. But nonetheless, the show is ... mesmerizing to me.
Back in the real world, I leave tomorrow morning for a meeting in Phoenix, where at the very least it will be warm. Normally, I would be quite looking forward to the trip, but I'm way too busy at work right now so it's stressing me out a little bit. Oh well - perhaps I'll sneak away for a few hours one afternoon and take a visit to the resort spa!
