this is a common thing! but I want to play. I'm officially 29 now, and I've already lost almost a month in my year-til-thirty. 30 isn't something I'm scared of, but it is a little bit of a milepost, and my goals seem to get smaller and quieter as the years go by - but no less essential.

Stuff like this makes me wish I had gone into astronomy as I occasionally toyed with in high school. Seriously, cosmology, thinking about the origins and endings of the universe is one of the most interesting things ever for me. I love reading this stuff.
