My day yesterday started out sad and ended up happy.  Saturday we had a storewide event, with demos in several departments.  A few of them used my equipment.  They were staffed by very young people plucked out of the cashier pool and plopped into these roles.  Obviously they really didn't know what they were doing.  My direct supervisor was off, ( Read more... )
