The Music of the Night

Tonight I went to see the "Phantom of the Opera" at the Fabulous Fox Theatre. I had seen it several years ago and enjoyed it, so I decided to tag along when I heard some friends were going to see the current run. Once again, it was entertaining, although I still maintain that it's one of the most overrated plays in history. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but I don't like-like it the way some people do who think it's the bestest musical ever and they want to have its babies. Not the Phantom's babies, mind you, but they want to have offspring with the actual play itself. I don't even think that's biologically possible.

In a related story, I've decided that for next year's DragonCon, I'm going to cosplay as The Chandelier. Then I'll get Lindze to wear her Carlotta costume again, and I'll just follow her around, constantly falling on her over and over.
