well i wouldnt say is the BEST musical ever, as i have others i like equally or moreso.. i think for me its the music that i love and not perhaps the actual characters or story. those are all well and good, but if i didnt love the music.. i'd pass. I mean hell, Cats is my favorite musical and it barely has a plot at all. its all about the music. man. Take "Rent" for example. i think the plot of the musical is very interesting. but i HATE the music. i mean really i hate it. so i will never go see it again. nor do i wish to see the movie they are making of it. it just isnt worth it to hear that music again.
