The other day I did a spell to wash away my stress and make myself anew. I used lavender oil and in honor of the up coming spring I used a green candle. I focused all my negative energy into the candle as I was away my fears with the oil, then set it on my alter. Its been burning for about six days now and it's about half way through the candle.
