Week 3 is in the books. It's exciting because the school supply donations are finally starting to trickle in. We had a *very* generous donation from the camps at the JCC. So I spent last week in Albuquerque for my Pre-Service Orientation with AmeriCorps VISTA. I was pretty nervous at the beginning, since I didn't know anyone going and wasn't sure I'd have anyone to talk to, etc. But it turns out that it was bundles of fun (as much fun as sitting in lecture-type settings for 7 hours a day).
