possibly moving to pittsburgh.
hello, i hope it's okay i post here... i'm considering moving to pittsburgh in a few months. i'm going to have to ditch my car relatively soon and i can get a job transfer to pittsburgh so i'm considering it. also, the price of living seems reasonable.
anyway, what areas are the best to live in as far as living without a car? i'm assuming it's the downtown area that the subway covers most but i'm also interested in what the most "electic" part of town is [i live in what's considered the "arty" district here]. also, if anyone has similar interests to mine feel free to friend me as i should probably try to make friends as soon as i can.
