Where to trash electronics?

Where in Pittsburgh can I safely dump electronics I no longer need? Example: Non-working TV or CRT computer monitor. They still potentially hold a charge(and maybe some other harmful material) so I was looking for a place to safely discard them.
The closer to Bellevue, the better.
