(no subject)
hello all. i'm home from ohio. things went well. we made finals!! yeah!!! we came in 14th. it's really good actually seeing in how it's our first year in world and we had a god awful show in prelims. we all thought we blew it. the weekend turned out to be a lot of fun. and performing in front of that sold out crowd was crazy. no lie, those lights are brighter at world class finals. it really seemed like the floor was the only thing lite-up in the area, like it was a stage or something. and nothing beats the confetti at world class finals. no lie, it was my favorite part of the weekend. performance wise, i had a very strange season, a very good season, but strange.
now i'm left with all types of decisions. do i want to march drum corp? i think i might, but i can barely decided what i want for breakfast on a regular basis, so i'm not sure if i'm qualified to make these types of decisions. i also am not sure if i want to march any where next winter. in both cases, i like the idea of marching and i know i'd have fun, but i'm just not sure if it is something i actually want to do. well, hopefully i'll figure this out fairly soon.
as for right now, i need to get caught up on all the work i missed while i was gone. have a lovely tuesday everyone!!!
