I've made it through another year of cleansing.  I'm feeling both proud of myself and down right giddy that it's over.  Not eating for two weeks is excruciatingly painful, but somehow you look and feel great in the long run.  While I plan on cleansing every year, I don't think I'm doing the lemonade diet again.  Marty of all people made the point ( Read more... )
