In the book Haunted Baseball, there's a story about how Ken Griffey, Jr. hit a HR in tribute to a big fan of his who perished in the 9/11 attacks (There's also one involving Jim Thome and a scruffy looking seagull which I fail for not mentioning at all evar). Thinking of that story makes me think of today's Rangers/Rays and Yankees/Red Sox games.
