Of breaking in, busting out, and other things
Hey boys and girls. What's up? I haven't posted in here for a long time which is my bad. Been swamped with school so I've been unable to really do much. However today was fun save for the news that everybody knows by now. I hung out with saxy_clarinet today and well it was supposed to be a semi-ban on baseball day but naturally we're gluttons for punishment. However the Red Sox did pull out the win thanks to Ortiz' three run shot and 3 hits from Tek. And well the news of Ortiz, I'm gonna wait to say something really because I wanna hear what Ortiz has to say. Though I will say I'm sick of this leaking shit. Just release the goddamn names and get it over with. By not talking about it, it's gonna only create a lot more crap with stereotyping anybody who hits over 30 HRs as "STEROIDS!" That kinda sucks to say the least. I also can't help but think about how crappy of a year in general this has been for Ortiz. His father isn't doing too great, he had that epic slump of epicness, his daughter had to go to the hospital a couple days ago(something precautionary supposedly) and now this. Man dude has had a crappy year. ANyways trading deadline is tomorrow at 4pm. Apparently Red Sox are working on a deal for Victor Martinez. That will be most interesting. Though I'd feel bad for unloveablehands who has already had to see Cliff Lee leave :( That'd just suck balls. There's also possible Halladay and Adrian Gonzalez deals floating out there. I think it's safe to say that Buchholz is gonna be traded by tomorrow. I like the string beaned goofy bastard and all, but hey if you're gonna get yourself a good player, you do that deal.
So anyways about today. It was fun. We went and got clam cakes in Galilee, drove around aimlessly, drank lots of soda, hung out at my house to watch the Red Sox game wrap up, left and accidentally locked the wrong lock on my door of my house (more on that later), headed to the Warwick Mall and I bought Wii Sports Resort. I recommend that game totally because there's a lot of things to do and it's a lot of fun. I love the swordfighting. So anyways we head back to my place since well, why not? We were being dorks and well we get back...it's locked. I try the back door and the basement door. Both of those are locked. So I get desperate and break into my own house through my brother's window. Luckily, his window was unlocked so I took the screen out, opened the window and got in and unlocked the door (though his room was pitch black which sucked) and the problem was solved from there. Good times, good times. My back was very dusty and I locked the window afterwards so that was good. Oh and I fixed the screen. Yeah so that was my day. PS if you're on my flist and want a little MLB pennant thingie, I got about 8 left (Giants, A's, Indians, Reds, Astros, Rockies, Angels, Mariners) so yeah just go here and make a claim.
