they are going to replace the entire screen of my first-gen (warranty expired) macbook pro, free of charge. this alone makes up for every horrible experience i've ever had with apple technical support. thank you.

there is a dead pixel on my macbook pro's screen that is driving my insane. every time it displays an image that consists mostly of white, the black hole of a pixel stands out like a pus-filled zit on a smooth baby's bottom (where do i come up with these analogies?)... i cannot ignore it. remind me to never ever again purchase a first generation of ( Read more... )
