I made a huge success today. I woke up at 8:00 AM, which is roughly 3-4 hours earlier than I have this whole week, an accomplishment in itself. I didn't at all feel tired, but in fact I felt like I had had the best sleep in weeks! I felt so refreshed, prepared, and ready for the day.
