Refreshing Start To An Awesome February '06
Good morning! Happy February 1st! It's the start of a new month; new times, new memories, and new experiences. I'm rest-assured that February, a time of exactly four weeks in 2006, will be an awesome month.
I have Winter Camp to look forward to [FEBRUARY 10 - 13], "Kiss Me, Kate" tech week and performances [FEBRUARY 21 - 24], MEST concert [FEBRUARY 26], and my jazz ensemble gig in San Francisco [FEBRUARY 28]. How's that for an active month?!
Today is Wednesday, and we have a "Staff Development Day", meaning the teachers go to school, but the students don't. I was able to sleep from 11:15 PM last night until 9:30 AM this morning. I feel really refreshed, relaxed, and energized to take the plunge into the next part of my life.
Did I also mention that I will be GETTING MY DRIVER'S LICENSE this month as well? I'm not sure of the exact date, but it will almost definitely occur in the month of February. Gosh, there's so many things to look forward to this month! What do you have in store in the next four weeks?
