Taking WORK Home...

I know some people do it, and I do it on and off, but do you think by making a habit of taking work home with me is good or bad?

I just get so overwhelmed sometimes, and now that our "busy" season's started...well, I am getting more and more behind with the reporting that I ought to have done yesterday...
