Yay! Another food post!
I finally broke out the crock pot today, after packing it up Labor Day of 2008 before I moved to Austria. I think I've developed an appreciating for the whole cooking process by now, so slow cooking doesn't seem as convenient anymore.
Anyway, I made a 3-bean (and beef) chili that I'd made a lot my senior year at Mac, and for some reason, it just wasn't as good this time around. I think it's because, slowly but surely, my spice tolerance is going up. My roommate agrees. THIS IS SO EXCITING! But I'm still a wuss.
