Austin's City-Wide Garage Sale
We hit the Austin City-Wide Garage Sale yesterday where we spent $9 to get in the door, $3 to park ($7, actually, but they gave us a coupon for $4 off any purchase), and then proceeded to find very little of interest. I almost snagged a bag of broken G.I. Joe figures, but the seller wanted $10 and I wasn't going to pay more than $5.
I did grab a cool set of glasses, though. Six glasses priced at $18 but I ended up paying $15. gina-fischer and I have a lot of glasses -- mostly Coke, 7-Up, and A&W glasses/mugs -- so we didn't exactly need these but they were too cool to leave behind.
