So September was the month from hell in terms of marching band, but I/we/everyone got through it.
I failed my first Mechanics exam, but I have the rest of the semester to catch up, so I'm going to start with a tutor to figure out the holes in my knowledge. Processes and History exams this week felt like they went very well.
Still organizing my room from the maelstrom it devolved into during a fore mentioned month from hell.
Signed up for online German courses, $20 a month. We'll see if those work out.
Got the National SMART grant! It's for science and tech majors, and I get $2K this semester and $1.5K next semester! So exciting!
There's a German study abroad opportunity for next summer that I'm looking into. I think it would be great. But it's two weeks and probably costs all together about $5000. So maybe I can save most of my grant money for that? We'll see how it goes. I think I can apply for scholarship too.
