maybe, someday, we'll figure all this out.

i'm typing this from the library because we don't have internet or cable at the house right now. it was in jake's name when he moved out, and he took it with him. so we don't have it until the 26th.
being cut off from the world (in terms of my generation) is interesting. i practice mello more, play guitar more, and read more. also sleep more. it's not like i didn't really expect this to happen, me being more productive, but it's surprising how fast it comes.
i could tell the effect that having internet access was having on me even tonight; i came to the library just to send off a few emails and go home and run before it got dark ... and then it got dark. i just got carried away with "catching up with everything."
i guess i could argue that i need the internet because of kkpsi, and that i actually have responsibilities that are very difficult to keep up without access. but i'm thinking about getting a blackberry soon-ish, so that wouldn't necessarily be a problem. and really, other than email and school stuff? i don't need the internet.

it's nice, and i've grown up with it, but it's really amazing to see what happens when i don't have it.

in other news, i'm losing weight!
