Our official "too hot to hike" hike. The temp was 60 degrees at 10 a.m. and only a dozen cars in the parking lot. The forest was full of high bush blueberries today. Both blue and red ones were ripe. We ate plenty. We coached strangers on the trail how to find the right ones and we brought some home for muffins tonight and waffles in the morning. ( Read more... )
