Does anyone have any experience with Yono (York North) Apartments? I've read a few reviews on apartmentratings.com but I'd be interested in hearing more about the facilities in general, owners, tenants, the surrounding neighborhood, and whatever else you might want to add.

I keep seeing apartments listed with wall-to-wall carpeting. Is that standard? Is it terribly difficult to find apartments without carpeting?
