Hello,
I am moving to Philadelphia as soon as I can save up enough money, which is most likely February or March. I'm looking for a one bedroom (or a LARGE studio) apartment with a decent sized kitchen in West Philly. Ideally there would be a washer and dryer in the building, or a laundromat on the same block. I'd like to live close to grocery stores and close-ish (5-10 minute bike ride) to a cafe with free wireless. I plan on biking mostly, and don't have a job lined up yet, so I'm not sure what public transit I'd like to be close to. I would prefer to live on the 2nd floor or higher for safety purposes, but that's not the most important feature.
If anyone can suggest any places, or if you yourself are moving out of a one bedroom around that time, please let me know!
