I finished up my slaw last night. Y'all dont care. But it's the healthiest slaw you'll ever eat. Only a touch of (low fat) mayo. Sure there's sugar, like all slaws, but it's very low fat and full of good things like VitK, VitA, VitC, Manganese, Fiber, Calcium, Copper, VitB6, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, VitE, VitB2...well, you get the idea
