When we went outside yesterday morning, there was smoke everywhere. Just a haze over everything. Around here it wasn't too thick to see or drive, but part of I-75 was closed.

Army Urged dead soldiers to return to duty

I'm not making this up.  They actually sent letters to officers killed and wounded in Iraq encouraging them to return to duty.  Don't they keep records of these things? 

Fainting dieters delay New York City Subways

This is disturbing. Not only are people starving themselves, but so many are doing it that it's affecting traffic patterns in a major metropolitan area?! This sort of thing can be dangerous.
