The big science fiction/fantasy convention in Minnesota just finished. Really not a big fan this year. Usually i adore it: lots of crazy, costumed people, lots of parties, free booze, dancing, friends, horray. This year... just didn't do it for me. All the girls and I took our semester-ly sexy underwear shopping trip at MOA.

Remember how my grandfather was dying? Yep, he's still dying. They say he's "comfortable" (which is hospice speak for 'really hopped up on medication and no longer eating or drinking'), and he could go at any time. He fell and hit his head yesterday, and everyone thought that would be the end, but nope, he's still kicking!
