I actually saw Home of the Brave in the theatre. Hard to believe that was 1984.

I can hear the bassline of the song the Unbalanced Wife is writing. She's played it about a gazillion times in a row and now it's burned into my brain. Of course, she *should* be grading, but it really makes me happy to hear the music coming back alive in her. This is the first time she's worked on something new since we started dating.

 I'm not hip, not even slightly, so by the time I come across a performer they're generally old news. But I wanted to post this for anyone as late to the party as I am.
