OH HI GUYS (ETA FUCK THIS SHIT, I CANNOT FORMAT TO SAVE MY LIFE, CLEARLY. GIVE ME A SECOND)

Ugh. I'm not writing at the moment, because if I get time to eat, sleep, read and wash then I'm having a good day, to be honest. What I WILL do for now is post the beginnings of stories that I haven't finished yet, and... um... you can, like, read them, or whatever. I don't know. I'm tired. Also, my flatmates are a shower of bastards and I want to ( Read more... )

writing, moaning, capslock, stressed, fics

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW FOR SURE?

As I've pointed out, you are an incredible genius, and your esteem is very valuable to me, so my main response is "YAY!!!"

Oh, seriously, these were loltastic (especially the ubermegacrossover) and I wish you'd finish them off so I can wave them at people. NOT THAT MY FLIST ACTUALLY LISTEN TO MY RECS, THE BASTARDS.

THE DELUGE OF BASTARDS!

I really, really do intend to carry them on, but it'll probably be a while, so I thought I would stick them up here for... I don't know why, really; to persuade myself I've done something vaguely productive, maybe?

Anyway, thanks! More crossovers are needed. You should do another one. Awesome + awesome = 2awesome, as a rule of thumb, so it MAKES LOGICAL AND MATHEMATICAL SENSE. YES.

Have the Hot Scot and Wife now degenerated into "A shower of Bastards," (an expression I would dearly love to adopt and pass off as my own)?

No, no, my flatmates at university. In Leeds. Those flatmates. The other ones I haven't seen for about... three and a half weeks or so (sadly).

"Shower of bastards" is belong to Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews, but I'm sure nobody will know that, so feel free to plagiarise like me.

Right. I knew you were at Uni, but somehow "flatmates" makes me think of your home rather than your dorm.

Great line, no matter who wrote it.

LOVE & HUGS

I absolutely love the quality of sunlight just before it starts setting. It's warm, as you mentioned in Departure Bay, and the color of the light itself ranges from deep orange to soft yellow, always rich, rich colors. Even though that particular description was brief, it made me think of the times I've felt that kind of sunlight. :)

DB was simultaneously lighthearted and intensely beautiful. I think, if I were Wilson, moments like those--the unstoppable laughter mixed with the gorgeous setting--would almost make my heart explode. Moments like that don't seem to happen often for them. That wasn't eloquent at all, but I think you know what I mean.

Oh, no! Keep the Black Adder cross over going! I adored it. *Puppy eyes*

Oh, thank you! What lovely feedback to get. I do, I know exactly what you mean.

I'm intending to carry on most or all of these, if possible, but maybe not for a while. I have to get used to my new workload and everything. I'm barely even READING anything that's not on the syllabus at the moment, let alone writing. There are a couple of emails I've been putting off composing for about four days. It's terrible.

Aw, thank you. Of course, every single one of them is on drugs of one sort or another (crack, ecstasy or acid, probably), but still.
