Another day, another chance to be Perky
Today, I got a call from Chica at 9am...poor girl has a nasty sounding cold. So, since I was going over to MG's today to work with her on stuff...I decided to sleep in a bit more LOL!
So around noonish I head over to where the Librarian and AmazingWoman are hanging out, getting ready to do the Green Dye round. I tie up the last of my stuff and chat for a wee bit, then skedaddle out of there.
Off to MGs. I put the trash bin back up by the garage, then I:
Figured out why the front door sticks.
Consolidated more of the medical supplies (they were her late husband's)
Moved the boxes of medicinal energy drink from the garage to the back bedroom
Wash five more loads of laundry
Bring the bin of clean towels upstairs
Fold more clean laundry
Fill jugs with water and put them in the refrigerator in the garage so it isn't running mostly empty (lowers the life expectancy of the unit, apparently!)
Remove more trash and recycling from the garage (just barely touched it however)
Clean up the corner of the kitchen next to the garage door so it no longer tries to kill people.
Put the box of papers with the other boxes to be gone through
Moved the piano bench to the living room
Go through 3 more boxes of papers
Bring in the mail
Recycle the paper
Take out 3 bags of recycling and one bag of trash
Febreeze the heck out of the laundry room
Tidied more of the laundry room
Put the stuff going to MG's brother together in a box by the door.
Yes.
Then I went and visited MG for a few minutes in the hospital. She is eating better, looks better and has more energy :-) Yay! But she's still on antibiotics. *sigh*
After that I went to check out the results of today's tie-dying (Gorgeous!) and give the Librarian the Red dye and my couple of items for that batch.
And now I am home. I have eaten and am strongly contemplating a shower (sooner rather than later...there will definitely be showering before I go to bed!)
Whew! Tomorrow I just have a meeting from 1-5pm....and I get to sit and everything! LOL!
