OMG This has been 4ever. Well i have lots of news. My mom found out about my eating disorder and i was putt into lots of shit, i went down too 107 and underweight, i came back home and was 120 now im 135..yea 135! i cant believe it. my dad is an awful person! He told me that yesterday he slept with his ex...but he is still with my mom! :( Im so sad! Why does he always have to tell me these things???

STARTING WEDNESDAY:
-500 calorie a day max
-negative calorie foods
-lots of liquids
-no processed foods, besides 2 small pretzels a day
-1/2 a potion of protein with dinner
