I got a full on Flu 2 weeks ago (so bad I actually had to call in sick) which in turn triggered my asthma. (Ack!) I missed 7 or 8 workouts, but I lost 2 lbs. I had a week off. No, let me rephrase that: I had a week and a half off (counting from Dec. 31st on).
