Newbie with a request for recommendations
um...hi :)
please don't hate me but i'm new to the fandom as well as LJ so please excuse me if i am breaking a rule
i have a request for fic recommendations since i wouldn't even know *where* to begin looking for them :{
ok, i know i'm sort of going against the grain here but, well, i prefer jack to bottom when it comes to sex, preferably to stephen but i can't seem to find any fics with jack!bottom *sigh*
i am reading "master and commander" at the moment and it is a wonderful book (can anyone tell me when barrett bonden makes an appearance?)
so i'm sort of living off the movie right now and i've noticed a few things which made me decide that i preferred jack as the bottom...
1. he give in to stephen, it might take a while and he never actually looks like he's doing it, but he *always* gives in to stephen ;)
2. he's like...5 inches shorter *lol*, and for me, i just sort of naturally slot the shorter of any pairing in as the bottom ;)
3. gotta say, stephen sure is mr grabby hands when it comes to jack *lol* especially that scene at the beginning of the movie when he pulled out the big splinter in jack's neck, did that *really* necesitate a quick grope of jack's torso :D
4. jack spends all of his public life in charge, taking care of everyone, making sure everyone else is safe, so i would think that when he's alone, he might like to just 'give up all that control' and let someone else take care of him for a change? but that's just me
and is it just me or does the crew *know* when they are fighting? when stephen didn't get his time on the galapagos islands and he sat at the back of the ship, the rest of the crew kept giving him this look, as if they knew jack had hurt his feelings, and even lord blakeny tried to help
and then later on, after stephen got shot, when jack walked back through the ship and pullings asked him if they should beat to quarters, jack just ignored everyone and again the crew looked like they *knew* he was hurting and that was why they returned to the island
anyway, if someone can recommend some good fics where stephen tops jack, or there is jack being comforted by stephen the pleeeeease, link me?

and if you happen to find one where jack lets his hair down, that would really be wonderful, a friend gave me such a great image, i said that i loved jack's hair when it was down (when they were pretending to be whalers) and she said she could just imagine stephen running his long fingers through jack's hair *squeeeee* omg, i love that image, it's gonna be stuck in my brain for quite some time now *happy sigh*
