prescriptions and meetings and schedules
Today has been a running around doing random shit kind of day. I had workstudy at 9:00 this morning for 2 1/2 hours, and afterwards I helped Kim with a craft project (the girl didn't understand how to use Mod Podge). Then I had an appointment with Lisa Lawrence about the insomnia (psychiatric nurse), which was awesome, she's a freaking cool lady. She gave me a prescription for Lunesta, and I'm trying to get it through group health, which is turning out to be a hassle. I don't understand pharmacies, I don't understand insurance coverage...bleh. So I'm going to try to talk to mommy tonight and see if she can explain it to me. This afternoon after my appointment I ran around trying to figure out my schedule for next year (frustrating). I also went to an RDA which Jann didn't show up to. Lame. So I finished working on my schedule, and then called group health pharmacy, where a guy with a very not american accent talked too fast and seemed impatient, and was not very helpful. So now I'm just tired and drained and a leeeetle bit cranky. Not too cranky, just a little bit.
Yesterday was fun. I bought a pair of last year's Tevas at Ross, and some hot new sunglasses. And I hung out with Kate, which is always good. But this weekend will have to be full of homework, and the hotsprings trip. Hotsprings, errr, I have to try on swimsuits. So much for self-confidence.
