Well, lots of stuff is going on (and has gone on) lately, and you know me -- when things get juicy, the lines fall silent. But here I am, driven to LiveJournal out of sheer blogger's guilt, ready to start a long entry about all the highs and lows in my life.

Oh, yay! I feel like such a problem solver. Microsoft Word has been freezing at the splash screen for eons now, and I finally got so annoyed that I decided to make an attempt to fix it. And I did! It took a bit of time -- renaming the Normal.dot file, deleting registry keys, deleting a phantom fax machine -- but it finally turned out to be some ( Read more... )
