 So I didn't get the L.O.D./Merchandiser Specialist position at Old Navy...I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. But Laura Penn has worked for the company longer, and she's probably better suited for it anyways. Jarrod pulled me aside this morning, and made a point to tell me first so that when he made the announcement I wasn't disappointed. He also said he was very impressed with my interview, and would like me to go to another store (Burlington or Watertown) for the same position. Evidently it'd be easier for me to learn the merchandising because those stores are bigger and this one is so small. I'm just not sure that without a pay raise, and with my car being so crappy, the commute would be worth it. I mean, yeah, my car does well on gas...but Stella's got something wrong with her every other day, and I could def walk to work if need be when I'm working here. Plus, do I really wanna commute to Burlington every morning Mon-Fri and some weekends at 5am? I dunno.

Eh, I've gotta get dressed, grab Mel, and go to Brookline. Hopefully the next time I post I'll be accepted to Salem State.
