Finally!
I am seeing scapes in some of my garlic! Ok, 2 garlic plants (out of 80). I have so many seedlings waiting to go into the beds.
The regular garlic leaves are flat, the scape is more like a branch that shoots up out of the center. It's the yellow-ish tube. It's just a quickie camera-phone image since I'm waiting for Sleeping Beauty to get up so she can eat and we can leave.
