What to do with sage...

My current aerogarden is pretty much a sage garden at this point. I just came across this tidbit on sage:

A Mediterranean herb with fuzzy, oval, gray-green leaves that are pungent and slightly bitter with a musty mint taste and aroma.

Pungent, yes, that's a good word for it. So are probably plant monster, Audrey "Feed me Seymour," etc...

At least there is some oregano too. I was thinking of drying them and then switching out the seed kit to a salad greens kit. I still want to use the 2nd Aerogarden for seed starting. I've even used the last nutrient tablets last week. After reading the article, I think I'll freeze the sage and dry the oregano. I wonder if I can root some of the oregano...hmm...
