I always seem to get the doozies. Even when they're in the dead wrong they still don't want to live up their responsibilities. I have been waiting for over a month now for work to get done on stuff that SHOULD have been completed before I even moved in. I am getting FRUSTRATED beyond belief at this idiot super who won't do ANYTHING. Not even make a phone call. We're even arguing over smoke detectors for Chrissakes! That's building and fire regulation. HOW can they not want to put in smoke detectors???? And my deck has some seriously rotten boards that areabout to give way. Obviously they're never been sued or they'd realise this is a bad situation for them, not just me. If anyone gets hurt on that deck, they haven't a leg to stand on. UGH!!!
