Making an impression
We took Jessi to the zoo on Sunday. She saw all sorts of animals and afterwards had ice cream. She seemed pretty laid back about the whole thing so i didn't think it was that exciting to her. However person she meets now she tells them about her seeing the animals. My conversation the last 2 mornings have gone like this:
J: Saw the animules!
M: Yes, Jessi we went and saw the animals.
J: Camels!
M: Yes, we saw camels.
J: ZEEEEEEbwas!
M: And the zebras
J: Hoesies! NEIGH!
M: and the horsies.
J: Saw da bear!
M: Mm hm, the bear was out, wasn't he?
J: Fed da goats!
M: yes, we did. What did we feed them?
J: Corn!
M: that's right!
J: and the deer!
M: We fed the deer to.
J: and had Ice cream. MMMM! Nummy!
M: And then we had ice cream. I'm glad you liked it.
I guess it was a bigger hit with her than I had originally thought. I have to remind myself my little girl is not a grab life my the horns child like Kyle. She's more of a sit back and take it in girl.
