The past week has been nothing short of busy but has been good. We rounded up our heifers which ended up being a little more of an ordeal but we got 'er done :), shipped them yesterday from both Dad's place and Graham's, had my cousin stop by with his family for a visit in the evening, after Erin and I snapped beans and we finished around midnight ( Read more... )

T oday started off early at 5 as Graham needed Erin and I to come help weigh calves and do a sort from two pens. It has been so hot (today was 35 C/95 F) at 10:30! We were just about finished the first pen when I was closing the gate to keep the group in the small area and up to the chute.
