Yesterday I used muscles I had forgotten I had. I cleaned the snow off the roof of the family room and then had to shovel what piled up on the ground away from the foundation. Such fun ( Read more... )

Every year I officially mark the start of fall when one tree at the side of our drive loses its leaves. This particular tree sheds all of its leaves within a 2 day period. It started this morning and the drive is now carpeted with yellow leaves.
