An ordeal
Well time for an update. Much has happened since December and the last post, so let’s go through the old format of update to fill you all in and for prosperity.

Final preparations
Well the place is settled, the moving company contacted and a date fixed. Final checks with the landlord and then I will be on my way to Peterborough come the start of January. Thoughts
I have spent the last 2 days in Peterborough. A kind friend, Nigel Fotheringham put me up for the night so that I could attend two interviews. One on the Thursday at Parnwell, the other on the Friday at Nene Valley and it was my usual inner panic through the interview procedure. A return...
I am now working in Hitchin where I am presently working for T4Teachers after a maternity year at Highover JMI. I am again looking back towards my roots with envy as I have (yet again) been dragged away to work in the South. It often seems I have to choose between a better job here and a better life there. I am going home at Christmas...I am going back to Cheshire for good.
I am most overjoyed about that. I will be close to my family and friends.

Well, here we go. One week back and we cycle on to parent’s evening. That old chestnut cycled around soon enough. I have had a good week, and a pleasant enough weekend.
