the Glorious Fish and Chip
before we go there, i had quite annoying afternoon with mum. She wouldnt listen to me when i ask i need to use credit card for my trip to Chiangmai next weekend and she was like, oh it's enough....just pay at hairdresser by card. She wouldnt listen to me that i have to care a hundred grand for that trip and she was shocked when she knew, she was like "oh it might over the limit ur card" and i'm like....DUH, that's what i tried to tell you!!!! People,listen to me....dun even tell me to do when u have no idea what is up! And then she went on like....oh u can deposit money blah blah blah. Fuck shit i dun care now! I'll just withdraw all cash and pay everything in cash coz people are fucking idiot not listening to me explaining!
*sigh* I must stop ranting coz i felt so calm before this and now i'm pissed again *grrrrr*
Let's talk about food i made! I made Fish&Chip tonight, from SCRATCH!

I started off with Onion Rings, using the same batter as Fish. It was crunchy although the batter didnt stuck on much.
So learning from onion rings, i dip my fish in plate of dry flour first and then into batter. It came out nicely.
I bought Tatar sauce specially for this and it's sooooooooooooooooo good. I cheated with chips though but who well, who wouldnt! LOL
I'm proud of myself ;o)
