American Idol favorites... perhaps too late
Well, I came here to post my favorites from American Idol's top 24, now that we've seen them all perform. However, I stopped by americanidol first, and found out one of mine has already been eliminated. Sooo... yeah.
Anyway, here's my list under the cut (with a spoiler for one elimination)
Overall, not all that thrilled with the guys this week, to tell you the truth, but here are my picks, nonetheless.
GUYS:
Chris Sligh - aka, "Jack Osbourne" ;) Dunno why, but I like him.
Paul Kim - aka, Gone. D'oh! Granted, he didn't do all that great.
Phil Stacey - Started off bad, then got way good, mid-song... weird.
Jared Cotter - Sang "Back at One," which has me right there.
Blake Lewis - aka, the guy who finally sang, after just beatboxing forever. I can see me jumping ship quickly with him, actually, but he was ok this week.
GIRLS:
Stephanie Edwards - niiiice
Sabrina Sloan
Jordin Sparks - She's my little Lisa Tucker for this year, I think.
Melinda Doolittle - Possibly my favorite, but too early to say.
LaKisha Jones - C'mon now. That was hot.
As for ones I DON'T like:
Christopher Richardson needs to go away. Now.
Antonella Barba. Just. No.
So, there you have it. Now, as with seasons past, placing these people on my list will cause them to get cut.
