health update
By the way, I think I'm going to be all right now.
I had some complications Tuesday morning, with vomitting, swelling, blurred vision, and the whole nine (including some hypocondria about dying). I also had my post-emergency doctor's appointment that day, which was good timing, for sure.
The doctor said she thought I had the flu; that it was a coincidence, not the spider bite. Well, if I had the flu, it certainly went away quickly, because I've basically been fine since. ;) Then again, she gave me a new medication for nausea, which knocked me out completely, so, I've gotten a lot of sleep since Tuesday... ha ha.
Overall, I like my new doctor quite a bit. It was my first time seeing her, since she took over my other doctor's patients. She reminded Mom and I both of our cousin Joan.
So, I think I'm doing ok now.
Hopefully, since Mike and I are going away this weekend. WOO!
