so lizzie came to visit me and we had a lot of fun! we went to the beach and hung out in my apt and went down to L.A. and spent a LOT of money and now i'm back to being broke but i'm glad she visited. yay! and then next month alan is supposed to visit so double yay.
going back to work was not that fun. the first day i didn't really do anything just like i expected which was fine. the second day i was stuck covering everyone ALL day so i got none of my projects done and i was trying really hard to be nice to people but i just wasn't feeling it and had to use all of my energy not to tell all the guests to fuck off and i really just wanted to go home all day long. and then yesterday i got to work on my endcaps again which is super fun but JUST as i am getting back into doing that we are starting season which means i won't have as much time to do that anymore. BUT i'm not going to really complain about it i'm just going to challenge myself to make it work and if i can manage to do it all i'll be super awesome. it is kind of annoying though that everytime i make something look pretty, someone goes behind me two days later and fucks it up. maybe i can complain about THAT bc everyone else should get scolded too if their merchandising totally sucks.
i can't stop thinking about work which really blows bc it's my day off today and tomorrow. i'm going to have to have my first group interviews starting mon and tues and possible friday of next week. so that means i need to spend all my time looking for a possible 30 good applicants. soooooo i'm going to make a big list of everything i have to do so i don't have to think about all of it and stress myself out on my days off. here i go!
