My recovery week is going well. I haven't run at all this week and honestly, I think my legs are thanking me. I am planning on doing some walking tomorrow just to get some miles under my feet and then planning on starting back up slowly next week.
The only exercise I have done this week is swimming and last night I went camping (that is kinda like working out right?) :)
Other than that, It has been a nice relaxed week. I have a yummy recipe to post here on Tuesday. I am going to try and keep up with the Tuesday series again. lets hop my job doesnt distract me too much. I will be busy the next few weeks.
