There's another time-saver thing I do.

I use the computer to do up a label with the child's name in both English & Chinese, Class, School, and Contact Tel (your home or your handphone, lah). This 1 design would then print out in multiples on a sheet of sticky labels and I would use that to paste the outside cover (and sometimes inside cover as well) of their textbooks & workbooks. Saves me time writing out all this stuff. Have done it this way for all the kids all these past 7 years. ;-)

Only exercise books - need to fill in name & class.... not so bad, lah.

heh..don't really need to learn but it would be useful to know what are the typical redundant stuff that you can skip.
