He was keeping his silent amusement to himself, however. The male moved quickly towards her, so that he was standing before her, with his weapon pointed at her, his glowing green eyes were quite twisted in a rather, demonic look. A smirk plastered on his face as he noticed she wasn't pleased to see him. He wasn't hoping for a nice greeting from the blond haired woman, anyhow. His gunblade was still pointed at her, as his lips parted for him to speak.
"I could say the same for you," he mused. His guard was completely up and there wasn't any way she could take him unguarded this time. He was prepared for her little tricks, and well, he also had a feeling she might know something about where Sephiroth was. She was with... the people who were Sephiroth's enemy. She wasn't here to play around and more importantly, it seemed she was ( ... )

He stopped moving, for certain she wasn't going to try anything just yet, but he was prepared for it if she did. The mention of spirits and ghosts didn't seem to bother him at all. In fact, they were nothing to him. He wasn't afraid of such things. There were more important things to be worried about than spirits and ghosts that haunt a place like this, "Let them be bothered, they can't do much," he mused towards her. He was still awaiting her answer. He was losing his patience with her ( ... )

"That's bad joo-joo, you know," she returned, taking a step back in match with his step towards her. "Piss off the spirits and they won't give you their blessing."
It was just one Remnant. One little, silly Remnant who she could handle, right? Why was she wasting her time here, chatting it up with her mortal enemy? Waiting for Sephiroth - who could, if he had the energy - join the little party and thus make her shit pile up past her waist?
"What? You think you'd walk away from it without so much as a scratch?" Don’t say 'yes', you pretentious pompous little prick.Again, she stepped backwards, another foot closer to the library ( ... )

"And if I don't care?" he mused raising his tone just a bit, as he stepped towards her even more. They were moving towards the library. What was this woman planning? There must be something up her sleeve. He was going to figure out what for certain, though. He narrowed his eyes when she questioned him, "If It wasn't a trap," which he assumed would have happened to Sephiroth, because from his own knowledge Sephiroth wasn't easily to damage. There must have been a plan, a ploy of sort to get him injured. He was going to make sure she took him to Sephiroth and if she didn't he wasn't going to let her leave, unscathed ( ... )

"Is that so?" he mused in an almost mocking manner. It was always, that company, huh? He found that company a bad taste in his mouth and a problem in his way. If it weren't for them, they would have achieved their goals sooner than this. Now they were still writhing for it. IT was almost sickening to think about ( ... )

Although futile, she circled his wrist with her hands, using her weight as counterbalance to keep herself from choking by her own shirt. Her legs dangled beneath her, the ground several more inches below. As she stared down the thin, muscled arm of the Remnant, she shot back a heated glare that was indeniably furious and pained.
"I...already told you. He's here somewhere. I don't know where."

The male was becoming impatient. He didn't intend to hurt her too much because he needed her to move, but now, it seemed like a good idea to just beat the resistance out of her. The male's grip tightened on he form as she tried to move and clearly, she could do little right now. If she did kick him again, he would make sure she would not do it a third time. He didn't believe a word she was saying. He wanted to get to Sephiroth and fast, and the woman was making it irritating.
No matter, if he could not find Sephiroth with her help, he would eventually just go with her dragging behind him. Again, he had no intentions of letting her go. If she left, she would have brought reinforcements, and reinforcements were not good, especially when he was outnumbered in most fights against those Turks. He didn't need anymore than he could handle, though he could handle quite a few.

"It didn't work last time," she choked out, the pressure of her collar increasing around her neck.
It was a stupid reponse perhaps, but truthful nonetheless. Whether he rememebered or not, the phrase still held their importance. He could beat her until she was unconcious or even dead. But she wouldn't give up a word.
"Why don't you use your super-Sephiroth-remnant-skills and find him yourself?"

That seemed to be smart. She wasn't going to comply obviously, but he wasn't going to let her go so easily either, "Perhaps...I should find your partner?" he added with a dark tone. He would surely do that if he had any desire to. Right now, it was more important to worry about Sephiroth, the man who supposedly knew a lot more than he did ( ... )
